Preschool and Daycare Playground Resurfacing

Sometimes the old playground surface has been damaged so badly that it is better to remove the old and install a newly poured rubber surface. This was the case at the Goddard School in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
adventureTURF used a special cutting machine to cut the old surface into sections. These sections can be fairly heavy and have to be disposed of properly. Once the old sections were removed and disposed of, we re-leveled the stone base and prepared it for the new poured playground.
We were able to create a new surface design as well as give the edges a small bevel instead of the wood frame so the playground surface would be wheelchair accessible.
